In order to vigorously create a strong atmosphere of "respecting and loving talents", by extending the highest courtesy of the city to welcome and honor talents, Linyi City held the 2025 Linyi Talent Innovation Development Conference on May 15th. Professor Xiangfa Liu, a talent from Linyi, was invited to attend this grand event. 

Linyi City is located in the southeast of Shandong Province. It governs 3 districts and 9 counties, 2 national-level development zones and 1 provincial-level new area. It has a population of 12 million with an area of 17,200 square kilometers. It is the city with the largest population and the largest area in Shandong Province. Linyi City has a complete industrial system. There are 4,903 large-scale industrial enterprises, ranking second in the province. The total output value is 868.8 billion RMB. The private economy is active, with the number of market entities exceeding 1.54 million, ranking second in the province. 

In recent years, Linyi City has been focusing on attracting talents through supporting industries and fostering talents through industrial development. It has continuously optimized its policy system, innovated working mechanisms, deepened service guarantees, and comprehensively cultivated, introduced, and utilized talents. As a result, the construction of a strong city through talent development has achieved new progress and results. Linyi City has designated May 15th, the birthday of Zhuge Liang, as the Linyi Talent Day and has held large-scale events such as the Linyi Talent Innovation and Development Conference, thus promoting the establishment of the work brand of "Talents come to Linyi, Yiding can succeed". 

At this conference, 12 industry roadshow and matchmaking events were held (metallurgy, food, wood industry, machinery, chemical industry, building materials, medicine, textiles, new energy and information technology, photovoltaic, tourism and culture, commercial and logistics). 

After the meeting, Professor Xiangfa Liu was invited to visit Shandong Hongmian Aluminum Industry in Luozhuang District, Linyi City for exchanges and cooperation. He provided technical guidance on TCB seed technology and the role of seed materials in transforming and upgrading traditional aluminum alloys, and enhancing efficiency and quality. The enterprise warmly welcomed him.
